We had last year strongly suggesting we as employees of Takeda should vote for Joe Biden, will be made clear with our annual % raises to meet current inflation. Alas, we’ll all get 2.5% like last year and be essentially making less money due to costs of everything from milk to laundry detergent.

Stop your bitching. You’re overpaid and you know it. Compare your salary to your classmates who where smarter than you and earn far less then you and work 10x’s harder then folks in this industry. You’re life won’t be changed by higher prices Unless you’re completely inept. Give me a break……
 








And we are going to nickel and dime you to death to make sure we don’t hurt for directing you to vote for Biden and cut wireless reimbursement and printer cartridges. Oh and don’t turn a blind eye that they have now announced “re-alignment” and not a restructure to happen in January and by the way, you Q2 bonus and correcting your Q1 bonuses won’t happen until the day you go out for the Christmas shutdown. And rankings don’t come out until after realignment. Get a clue Ramona, Mike and Steve, all of this BS ends and manically corrects itself in January when the “reALIGNMENT” gets us right. Wink wink!

I missed about the bonus. When was that said. Our manager tells us nothing! Oh I forgot on the conference call how she said we are told what we need to know, not what we want to know! Unbelievable!
 




She is a piece of work for sure. Ramona isn’ t going to be gone until the whole place shuts down. She is a DE and I token that is now leading all the Pharma crap. She is a globalist who supports socialize medicine. Right there with Christoph.
