We are in a business to make money but some things they have done this week are beyond reasonable. Streamlining the things we will supply for customers with no warning.
 






Let's keep the area managers who stay on their knees the longest! Who cares if they know nothing about the business. If they can spew the corporate lies, they're in!
 






Most AM's like most RM's are useless.
Entirely clueless to there responsibilities . As long as they kiss up or Glam up everything is ok.
They offer little to no location support.

Their job is to smooth over or hide issues that their locations face. Upper management does not care how or by whom something gets done as long as it gets done. The LCM or PST can work 12 or more hours per day, just get it done. They are not going to let higher ups know that it is unrealistic to expect the PST to make 15 stops per day. Not realistic to have no one to relieve a PST or CSR when they ask for PTO. Those duties roll to the LCM. Let the AM, RM, CEO, etc actually have to run a location themselves with the staff they give a location and see if they could keep all the balls in the air without dropping one.

First to not hear a thing from anyone below them...then they continue on with the previous post on ignoring and etc.

It's amazing how their BONUS schedule was before hand. Bonus should be wiped out when the day to day needs of any location is being put to the squeeze.
