Absolutely laughable that it takes 3 of you to sell a single product to a single specialty for 2 indications. I thought Humira was too big to fail? Number one product... blah blah blah. Odd that it takes 3 reps per territory and $40 million per year spent on docs to maintain it...

Humira is most certainly not to big to fail. It takes a village to sell a drug that has terrible patient adherence and is as dangerous as Humira.
 




Face it evil empire, we are taking your business EVERY SINGLE DAY. TNFIs were good 15 years ago, but targeted, IL approaches are the way to go because:

superior efficacy
superior safety
superior dosing
superior convenience
superior data across the board

Cosentyx is the NRx leaeder for PsO, PsA and AS for the the next 5 years. Taltz can have sloppy seconds, but you are in the past. Even your speakers tell us they prefer Cosentyx.

You only kept the business this long because of your punitive contracts that restrict access for patients. You guys just can't sell. Once those come down, you lose every single fight.

Let that sink in. I am taking your business and there is NOTHING you can do.

You may have been able to make up enough lies to fool docs about Otezla, but NVS is too big, too good and it's too bad for you.
 




Dude, we haven't been able to sell it for years. We rely entirely on market access to do their job and eliminate access to any product other than Humira and Enbrel. We can beat them in that arena, but we don't want to go head to head with anyone else.

Don't like it? Too bad. We will sell more this year than you will sell over the life of Cosentyx.

the only thing humira has going for it is managed care. It’s not too big to fail. The bigger they are the harder they fall. Anytime a company’s major product declines, major RIF.
