Probably an overpaid, average skill DCS fearful for their job....as you should be! Enjoy Christmas this year. It may be your last.
DCAs shouldn't be too cocky. They're going to be doing pretty much the exact same job as the DCSs for about 1/2 the price. I personally can't wait to see DCSs starting to blame the new kids when access gets even worse.
Different docs but same offices in many many cases.
85%,or better. If u make below that, you take the same test after a review again two days later. No big deal. Don't freak out by the jerks who work here. You will hate novo people.
After 3 attempts...taking the same test...rarely happens and if it does you don't deserve the job.
6 people we're let go in my training class, so it DOES happen Sparky.
It was hard to understand why Novo would hire these people and let them go for failing the test 3X, but we had a few in our class as well. Almost like a third screening to see how these people were when they arrived at training.
Test r standard in the industry, most pharm companies lets you retake test 2x and if u don't pass u don't get the job.
This is a non-issue. If you have average intelligence and you study, scoring a 90% on these exams is easy. To be honest, I'm surprised they allow three attempts, two is enough. If you can't pass these exams then you don't deserve to be here. We are having discussions with physicians, you can't be an idiot. If you want to be in sales and can't pass these tests, then go sell copiers or cars. There are enough qualified and intelligent people looking for work that we don't need to take the bottom of the barrel. This whole concept is why a 3.25 or higher GPA used to be required to even apply for a pharma job. Idiots need not apply.
You're not in sales. It appears you're not even bright enough to realize that. And, as far as selling copiers, I doubt you could handle it. You'd actually have to be accountable for a measurable result that directly produces revenue. You've never experienced that as a sample dropper/sig collector/caterer.
Then one simple question for you- why are you even on Cafe Pharma?
The simple truth is, I will be laughing all the way to the bank. I make over $100,000 a year and drive an almost free 2014 company vehicle. Call it sales, call it BS, call it a cake job I really don't care what you want to label it. I work hard, I'm a tremendous competitor, and I love my job. The icing on the cake is that my family loves the lifestyle it provides us. Merry Christmas!
"A tremendous competitor". Please, you're a drug rep. The job description isn't the joke asshole, you are. It's the one job where you actually hate the player no the game. You are a waste of the money that is paid to you. Notice I didn't say earn.
