Weird Hiring Practices

Numerous postings, obvious PR play by leadership but when I look around at who joining it's a collection of has beens. We are staffing up with derm experience, but it's coming from recycled derm players from the 2010 era and not today's stars. With what we are willing to pay, you wonder why these people were sold?

Best thing to happen would be a buy out now that we are listed. We are getting squeezed on all sides by cost cutting.

Galderma’s reputation is abysmal. None of today’s derm stars want to join this company. Flemming’s leadership style is known across the industry, our empty pipeline and lack of culture are not helping either. We can only attract 3rd rate associates.

Galderma used to be a great place but those days are long gone. Private Equity greed combined with Flemming’s ego and lack of innovation make for a toxic work environment. Galderma is no longer the place to be.
