Week of 4/18. The Great Checkout

You've done all you can if you hope to get a HSBS role. After that it's all left to chance and the lottery. Time to shut 'er down until July.

Go fuck yourself BI.

Not me! I am giving everything I got. This is what managers are looking for in their people and I will be chosen because of this. You can slack off, not me!

Managers and regional directors have already had phone conversations and these hsbs positions have pretty much been decided. If anybody thinks that you are going to go in and change somebody's mind because you're going to dazzle them during an interview, you are sadly mistaken. This is going to go how all reorgs go; which is that all the favorites get taken care of and then everyone else is thrown to the wind. Then a computer with some formula put in it with PC rankings and your home address spits out who else gets to stay and have a therapeutic spot. This of course will be fair, because we all know that President's Club rankings are always indicative of selling skills. ;-)

Dumb ass! The hiring decisions are being made by a third party consulting firm, not BI people!!! It's common knowledge!!!!!!

The HSBS decisions are being made by the managers and the regionals---not a third party firm. They are "handling the recruiting" but who do you think you are interviewing with? The HSBS manager who already knows exactly who the spots are being given to. The interviews for HSBS spots are a joke---just for show. As for therapeutic spots (i.e. the leftovers), the 3rd party firm already came up with their metrics. Nothing based on actual competencies because that might make sense. It is last 2 PC rankings and where you live and the computer spits out who gets to stay.

HSBM in my city has not been hired - they're going external. So they'll probably bring their buddies from the outside.

How do you know this? Transformation Hub says performance, competencies, location, experience.

The "M" in HSBM stands for manager - they are all hired, KD sent out update on Friday. Guess you already quit checking email.

Most are hired, but there are some empty spots for HSBM and KAM/RAE that have been reposted internally and externally. HSBS interviews probably won't start for another 2-3 weeks.

You're response is cute. The work you put in 3 weeks ago is what will reflect on your numbers come interview time. Everything here on out is window dressing. Put on a smily face, return phone calls, and spend your time living life. Effort won't land you anything from here on out. This is business. They play their game. You play yours.
