Week Long Stupid Meeting

do they actually think this is worth the time and money?. I'm working on the prework during the day and not seeing clients. They are high if they think I'm doing this crap after hours.
 






Top heavy management loves this stuff. Gives the appearance of their doing something.

The competition also loves when we can't see our customers. They are more than happy to fill the void.
 






Who here actually believes Cunningham's rosy interpretation of the "positive" company survey results? I have two things to say about that. BULL. SHIT. Everyone knows you are lying and we know you are too thin-skinned to admit it.

I know, right! I don't know one single person in our district that gave a positive review of the company! Not one! I talk to people across the country and they say the same thing. I think it's all bullshit from here on out until I can get my foot out the door. Everyone I talk to is interviewing. Place is a shit show
 












Oh! A big shout out to Everett for forming a Blacks Only Professional Group at Quest! We've been beaten down by the man for so long! We continue to pump out >70% of children out of wedlock, are the highest racial group that is incarcerated and are the least educated out of all races! It's a Goddamn trifecta! Way to create a separate but equal group Ev! Will solve all problems at Quest which have nothing to do with racial identity. Way to pile on to manure
 






Just remember folks. For all the money Quest invests in ways to monitor everything you do, that less dollars spent fixing the real problems. Quest is truly a mess and EC only makes it worse. But he's $4.2M dollars richer for insisting that call metrics are more important that sales.
 






A week of cooperation and getting to know our strengths . Sharing ideas and fufilling goals of team building they tell us. Celebrating the joy of being taken and paid for it. Been here for 5 years and it never changes.
Can't wait to watch the insidious hook ups. Watching as one person gets up to leave a function and another follows ten minutes after. They always return a couple minutes apart. After being away for a twenty minute interval. The morning shuffle around 5 to 6 shadows finding their ways to personal rooms.
These people must think this is going to help them with advancement.
Foolish it just shows that rewards are gifted
often on merit of selling their souls.
I don't understand myself and have been passed up by not allowing to be caught up in this culture. My first manager always made notions on how a pretty lady could find amicable ways to advance. Being in sales after a while I have found success as these individuals have been promoted.
I not dare mention this to my spouse for its uneventful to focus on. But this meeting in turn always insures uneventful advances.
The nightly functions of disturbing social premeditating I don't look forward to the conversations of awkward harassment. It is like the movie "Eyes wide shut" each evening.
We have a masked ball to boot this meeting.
I will as always be mindful of taking care to watch my drinks, seen those who would prey. Laugh at those who fall for the lure of being humiliated for hope of being on the fast track.
It wouldn't surprise me if one meeting in the future they have a mandatory furry evening event. That's what my husband and I joke about.
Good job, great money, hard work and a bit of bullshit. Better then working at a lesser industry with similar expections for business. Just got to laugh and make it through the circus a week

It's been a good week.......just sold another Quest account. Please extend the meeting. I'm loving it. BTW just had dinner with my wife and kids. Now I'm chillin in my favorite chair with the dog by my feet. Do yourselves a favor and get outta there. Your job sucks and there is no money.........wake up. Nobody does week long meetings in this industry.
