Yucky week. My suggestion for the bowl games is that we pick them all, including the National Championship game - but include your guess on the total points scored in the NC game as a tiebreaker. I would like to suggest that we just pick Winners, not using point spreads for the bowls. Just my suggestion, and if y'all want to do spreads, I will go along with it.

I really like your idea of no spreads for the Bowl games! (Dont know if the men on here will go for that) But, I think for the National Championship we do the spread. I agree with picking ALL the bowl games- it will make it fun.

Thanks for your concern Tinker! It's good to be back home for another weekend of College Football and Rivalry Week!

The bowl pick em's I have done before do not take the spread into consideration. Once bowl selections are made I will make a list of the bowls and we can start making our picks. I think just picking the outright winner is very challenging for bowls because sometimes the favored teams come out and play flat.

Bronco comes back strong in Week 12 after a 3-10.

1) Oklahoma St. -26.5 Note: That's a lot of points to give away. Not sure Okla can do it.

2) Nebraska +3.5

3) Rutgers +3

4) Wisconsin -14.5

5) Arkansas -13

6) So. Florida -1

7) Clemson -7.5

8) Ohio St. -6.5 Note: I will not pick Penn St. for the rest of the season. No matter what.

9) Vanderbuilt -1.5 Note: Who gives a shit about this game?

10) Kansas St. +8.5 Note: K St. is a better team than Texas. The spread is messed up.

11) USC +14.5 Note: USC is a good team and will make Oregon work for the win.

12) Arizona St. -10.5

It's been a tough season with no perfect scores yet. No spreads for the bowl games will lower the bar and be a nice Christmas present to ourselves. So I approve.

Wow. Oklahoma State got their asses handed to 'em by Iowa St.

In a fair world that would drop them out of the top 10 behind Boise.

Iowa St. was 5-4.

Now who goes to the NC?

We don't want to see another LSU-Alabama rematch.

If Oregon convincingly beats USC tommorrow - my vote goes to the Ducks.

BTW, congratulations, Pale Horse.

You were the only one who nailed it with a Iowa St. pick.

I was skeptical about the 26 point spread - but I never ever even gave it a second thought that Iowa St. would beat 'em.

Thanks. I knew Iowa St. would win. I'm sitting here drinking Crown because the rain won't stop since this morning and tomorrow is the 1st day of deer season and it f@#$%^&*&^%$#@ng looks like it's gonna last til Sunday. So I became a contrarian since God was gonna mess w/ me.

I will find my way in the woods somehow tomorrow mark my words.

I didn't realize that there was a Friday night game to pick - Here are my Saturday choices:

Good Iowa State pick Pale Horse!! I really thought Oklahoma State was a lock with LSU for the National Championship. There is still much football to be played.

Concerning the National Championship I am kind of conflicted. I definitely would like Bama to get another shot at LSU. Bama had a much closer game against LSU than Oregon did. I just think it is LSU's year. They have all of the intangibles this year to win the National Championship. I personally would rather see Bama win the Sugar Bowl than lose the National Championship.

I am sure more BCS Chaos will ensue as we finish out the last two weeks of the regular season! Rivalry week is next week and LSU will have to play a much improved Arkansas. Bama has Auburn at Auburn for the Iron Bowl which is always a tough game but even more challenging at Auburn.

You're right. I forgot. Oregon got beat by LSU too. In that case, scratch both Alabama and Oregon for the NC game if LSU goes unbeaten. Both had a chance to beat LSU. Both lost. We don't want a rematch. We want a fresh opponent for the NC game. Take your pick.... Clemson, Oklahoma, Stanford, Oklahoma State, Virginia Tech or Boise - all with one loss. Or heck, even Houston with no losses. Alabama and Oregon had their chance. The best team already won.

Fing A!

USC is kicking the ever lovin' crap out of Oregon - in Eugene!

24-7 at the start of the 3rd quarter! :D

Looks like Oregon will get eliminated from the running too!

Boise is beating San Diego St 42-7 at halftime. What a difference a week makes!

The BCS is going to get real, real interesting in the next couple weeks.

Stay tuned!!! ;)

Oklahoma might be up crap creek without a paddle too.

Baylor is leading by 7 at the start of the 3rd quarter!

And then Clemson just got blown out of the stadium by NC State 37-13.

Holy smithereens!

The wheat is getting separated from the chaff rather quickly, eh?

Boise has a chance yet!!!! :D
