Tyrann Mathieu-AKA "HONEY BADGER"-LSU The following is a clip from the LSU Vs. Bama game last week when the "Honey Badger" clothes-lined Dre Kirkpatrick during a punt return. A penalty was called for holding and not a personal foul. Tinkr-This is what the Honey Badger could do to your Stanford Boys, you better hope Stanford don't play LSU in the NC:

I agree- LSU has a Hell of a defense, but I think Stanford is up to it, they have a better offense- QB. We have some big boys on our defense as well. This weekend should be telling.

Bronco for the win.

1. Georgia Tech (+1) Note: Line does not give Geo Tech the respect it deserves.

2. Texas (-1.5) Note: This must be a joke. Texas will walk on them.

3. Louisville (-2.5) Note: Louisville looking strong lately. Pitt looking weak.

4. Nebraska (-3.5) Note: The Huskers will cornhole Penn St to avenge the 10 year old boy.

5. Iowa (+3) Note: Go ahead and try to beat Iowa at home.

6. So. Carolina (no line) Note: No line? WTF? In that case I go with So. Carolina.

7. Texas Tech (+17) Note: Line out of whack. OK St wins. Not by 18.

8. Kansas State (+4.5) Note: State was awesome against Oklahoma last week.

9. Florida St. (-9) Note: Miami overrated here.

10. Auburn (+13) Note: Auburn is a good team when they click. I think they click on Sat.

11. Arkansas (-14) Note: Tennessee is a farce. Arkansas rolls on.

12. Stanford (-3.5) Note: I hope Oregon wins to rachet up Boise. But realistically..........

13. Boise State (-15) Note: The Broncos solidify their pursuit for the national championship.

Note: It is my opinion that Boise State (8-0) and TCU (7-2) were slighted and should have been included in the pick line-up. This game is much more deserving than (Oklahoma St v. Texas Tech), (Tennesse v. Arkansas) or (Miami v. Florida St). Plus, there was only game west of Nebraska: (Oregon v. Stanford). So I add Boise State v. TCU to my official picks and it will count as part of my official score.

Good luck to all. Let's see someone score a perfect pick this week, ok? You would be the King or all Kings or the Queen of all Queens. Go for it.

Why no Boise (8-0) vs. TCU (7-2) ??

Shouldn't it rate above Tennessee vs Arkansas ??

I am so sorry! I thought it would be a night game next week? I really thought ESPN College Gameday would be up in Boise for this one. I really thought this would at least be a night game???

PALE HORSE & TINKER PLEASE MAKE YOUR PICK FOR TCU VS. Boise State -15

Ok, I'm gonna trust Bronco and pick Boise.

Hey Bronco, I've never been to Idaho. Y'all got some good hunting up there? And I don't mean ATF fellers shooting dogs and little kids in the back.

Well, looks like Tinker is back on her hot streak with a win on game #1 while the rest of us got skunked.

I really though Georgia Tech has a better quality team than that and could pass the friggin' ball. The mistakes they made were preposterous. The collective IQ of that team must be hovering around boiling water temp.

Listen, following my lead on the Boise State game is no guarantee for a win. If you've noticed, I'm a little partial. Boise needs a big win against TCU to rachet up in the rankings and all my metaphysical energy is behind them. But TCU is no pushover. It's one of those team with the ability to surprise and spoil your day. Can they actually beat Boise at home? 10% chance of that happening. Can TCU cut the victory score to under 15? That's a toss up. 50% odds. Boise tends to relax at home. That's not good. They seem more pumped on the road. Coach Peterson needs to fire those boys up. We are rounding the corner for the final stretch. It would be a shame to fuck the season up now.

Next to Boise State my eyes are focused on that Nebraska-Ped State game. If ever I wanted to see a Nebraska induced blood bath on the field - it would be there - @ Ped State in front of 90,000 Ped State fans. I am calling for divine intervention and would shave a year life span to see the look on enabler Joe's face with the final seconds ticking off the scoreboard clock with Nebraska leading by 50 and Coach Pelini with a big shit-eatin' grin! :D

Just getting my picks in under the wire before noon . . .

Time for a bloody mary . . .

I am so happy that the Cornhuskers beat Ped State. If only by 3 -

I saw a big sign in the stands that read: "We Love You, Joe!"

However I did NOT see any sign in the stands that read: "We Apologize to the Child-Rape Victims!". Did you?

The NCAA should impose sanctions on Ped State. It would only be the right thing to do. Let's see if the NCAA executives live by any moral code. If they can impose sanctions on team for recruiting violations or for players selling souveniers - they should certainly impose sanctions for coaches perjuring themselves or for turning a blind eye to 10 year old boys being brutally raped and not contacting the cops.

Do we have any integrity at all left in college sports?

Bronco here.

No, you don't have to hunt me down. I'll be right up front. Boise State did not play like a championship team today. They lost by 1 and blew off the season.

Not making excuses...but 2 of Boise's starting defensive backs were out with injuries and the backups played like shit allowing 4 long touchdown passes with the receivers wide open. Plus, Doug Martin - their star running back - was out with a foot injury and didn't play. The field goal kicker fucked up with 03 seconds on the board and missed a 38 yard FG. But I don't blame him. I blame the back up defensive back. They lost the game.

Boise simply didn't play like champions today. They relaxed at home (just like I predicted they might) and gave the game away.

They had a chance today to prove themselves today. They failed. TCU won fair and square.

End of message.

DAMN! Boise goes down to TCU at home? Who saw that one coming? Anyone choose TCU? Boise and Bama need to get some freakin kickers!!

Oklahoma State is on fire right now. 66-6 over Texas Tech is impressive. LSU Vs. Okie State will be a good National Championship!

Who saw that one coming? Anyone choose TCU? Boise and Bama need to get some freakin kickers!!

The thing about a kicker is that you never know how he's going to react in a REAL pressure situation until that time arises. He might kick like a superstar from 50+ yards in practice or when his team is ahead by 2 touchdowns. But you never know his REAL ability at crunch time when his nuts are on the line.

But I certainly don't blame the kicker in Boise's loss to TCU today. Not like I did when Nevada beat them last year. I blame their backup defensive backfield and the reserve running back who replaced Harper (on injury) and fumbled the friggin' ball down on the TCU 30 yard line with a little over 2 minutes in the game when Boise lead by a full touchdown.

Kellen actually played a decent game and held up under pressure. He set them up for the final field goal. The team just failed to deliver.

A REAL championship team needs to have DEPTH and the ability to play through adversity. Boise didn't have it today. This will probably kick them back to #9 or maybe even out of the top 10 entirely.

Coach Peterson didn't pump them up for this game as the team should have been. They were lackadaisical for the 1st half. So I attribute some blame to him as well.

TCU is not a bad team. Their sophomore QB played a hell of a game. The shitty backup Boise defensive backs made him look like a superstar.

I would have picked Boise St anyway. I was really impressed with the QB. He threw a really long pass for a TD, and I was blown away. The team looked like they did not have their A game today.
Looks like a few upsets at the top today.
That OKST game was unbelievable, as well as the KS ST.

Texas Sucks! and I hate these fuckin spreads!
and the Ducks are killing the Trees
