Wednesday call

Apparently it is just to discuss 2020 initiatives, however Matt B should be embarrassed with his lack of communication to the field. The communication level of this company is the worst in the industry. Instead of being silent and not paying their people well, they should look for ways to retain them.

the takeaway was that if you’re a manager with only a few people you should be feeling nervous, and if you’re a KAM or TBS with no SOC, you should fine a new gig.

Oh my soft skills are buffed my friend. If the waters too rough go ahead and bail. This ain’t for everybody

what’s not for everybody? Sitting on the titanic while the water is rising because someone “in charge” keeps telling you it’s all fine........ as the water rises higher and higher and others are getting into life boats to save themselves, but you just know it’s all “fine” because the important person who’s in charge told you it’s fine? Is that what’s not for everybody???? Just wanted to clarify so we all know what you’re talking about. You’re an idiot! Let me guess- you’re an RBD??? Anyone with a few brain cells is looking for a job. This will not be some crazy turnaround story! This is the titanic- so much hope, so much promise........ such a sad sad story in the end. All we can hope for is that someone buys the company and rescues us all before this ship is on the bottom of the ocean.

Exactly. Whoever doesn't think there will be a reorg where people will be displaced, are completely out of their minds. Funny how there was no mention of a national sales meeting, no mention of Mary. Great culture? My ass.

There are folks who think there MAY be a turnaround. I’m not sure if I believe it but who knows. What makes you so certain things won’t get better for Sage after the reorg?

we won’t be able to sell enough Zulresso to support a sales team. Probably not ever. EVER. Let it sink in. Imagine like 15% of our sales force- like the entire thing from top to bottom. Ok- that’s what we can support

Exactly. Analysts are forecasting ~$2.2M in zulresso sales in q4. Consider your total compensation package and then divide. The math doesn’t work, especially considering the goal to end the year with a cash balance of ~$800M. The company has to slow the bleed while continuing to invest in future products and maximizing return on the small number of sites where this is starting to run.

The mystery 42 are the “how” to ramp up money coming in. And even with this pivot, they’ll need to raise capital (sell out or partner up or a round of investor funding) to be able bring other products to market. There’s so much more that leadership isn’t considering and, with that, my humble opinion agrees with the titanic poster above.

Nothing wrong with hope. It’s also prudent to accept reality.

100% correct. And yes to the Titanic poster as well. This is the reality people, time to face the music. They aren’t telling us that we are going down- but based on our cash burn and the low amount of Zulresso sales, we are! And yes- Zulresso will NEVER be enough to keep the lights on. Leadership knows that even if they aren’t saying it.

Going to wait until the earnings call

Going to wait until the earnings call

The earnings call will be interesting. Still lots of cash on the balance sheet, but as noted cash burn rate is significant and clearly the product is not paying the bills; it is fair to call into question the commercial viability of it. Very interesting situation, yes a bit scary.

100% correct! Time to leave this dreadful place. They treat us like crap and don't listen.

The sky is falling. The world is ending. Poor poor pitiful me. I’ve been victimized by a start up that I signed on with. Everything was so cool and going so well. I cashed my bonus checks even before the drug was approved for my stellar pre-launch performance. But now I’m being asked to produce! What are they thinking? It’s all so so unfair!

Don't you realize what a fool you are? FOOL! Your comments are both TRAGIC and EMBARRASSING. Your actions speak much louder than any of your pathetic left comments. YOU are on here regularly trolling this board...constantly trolling this board and leaving these defensive moronic messages....yet you are supposedly happy at Sage. Keep up the good work with directives from Sage Corporate! Everyone has you figured out. Trolling this board and proclaiming how great this company is..........yet, constantly monitoring every single message that is posted. PRETTY STRANGE!
