Webcam interviews?

I did a web-cam interview this afternoon. Third one I've done with three differnt companies. Not this position). It keeps the costs down for the company that's doing it. It's a cross between a phone screen and a face to face. Not easy because one gets to look at themselves while interviewing. Bes thing to do is look at the camera so the person on the other end sees you looking at them. Mine went well.
 






Otsuka did this three years ago when they flew all us suckers out to LA for trumped up ints. They ended up taking the BMS castoffs one and all. We were just there to fulfill hr requirements.

Its all bs mi amigo so just learn to roll with it=()

many cheap companies do this, it is a great way to play the game and "explore candidate" pool without having to pay for travel and space for face to face interaction. It is a quota filler and nothing more. It is a hoax and smoke and mirror way for the comp to show investors that they have a "large reach" in searching for suckers errrrr "candidates" it is nothing but a trumped up waste of time and there is no intention to hire, it is a game.
