Does Idenix have a Nuc? and a pan-genotypic NS5a that is equivalent to Gilead's third generation GS-5816 (their pan-genotypic NS5a)?

Do they really have a Patent infringement lawsuit with Sofosbuvir? Did the Government initiate it? But I thought they lost? They didn't? Oh, its about who invented it?

Why is Seth Klarman buying so much Idenix? He just raised his stake to 27.55%

Hey, so what if they will have a settlement with Gilead over Sofosbuvir, A Nuc+Pan-genotypic NS5a that will rival Gilead's third generation that's only now in phase 2?

If they were so good they would be bought out right? Oh, you mean 4 players own 74% of the company - so they could not be bought out unless those 4 players wanted them to be bought out?
Who are they? Seth Klarman; Novartis; Bain Capital (think mitt Romney - through subsidiary Brookside capital management) and TR Price.

why aren't we talking about vertex. All I know about Idenix is that they are the only other company with a NUC in trials, other than us of course. Do not forget , we still own vx-135
