What do you think the "CE" geniuses thought would happen when they decided to pay people on how they are perceived by their leaders and peers instead of how they perform?
 






Can we discuss the complete and utter lack of leadership and integrity by the HEDs and HDs in handling their recent assassin attacks on those that spoke truth to power. It is disgusting to hear some of the comments made by HDs about our former peers. They should be ashamed of themselves. The fools going along with their stupidity, we see you for the POSs that you are. The division between performers and actors is becoming greater. The lack of respect is palpable. This desperate attempt at innovation has become a circus will soon be folding. There are far too many clowns and not enough talent. It’s time for Plan B before we are all out of a job due to this once ground breaking organization being led in mediocrity and nepotism

I believe rock bottom is about to be reached. How can web explain to our customers how and why decisions are being made in the organization. We have to the truth. Our local leadership teams are incompetent, inexperienced, corrupt and useless in meeting the needs of our customer. If Genentech doesn’t value the talent of the people in the field and allows for individuals to be targeted by leadership because of their own incompetence, customers need to know how we operate. Genentech has become a “me too” with a weak pipeline and piss poor leadership. Grab your kids, grab your wife and watch the MFer burn.
 






Pennsylvania Ecosystem sucks! I found it absolutely disgusting that on the viru call yesterday our HED couldn’t bring himself to acknowledge we lost some good people. He didn’t even shed a tear like he usually does for not apparent reason. I talked with a peer later this morning and was informed BF and individual HDs had been targeting those eliminated for months. Apparently, It was no secret BF hated them and certain HDs were happy to support his efforts. Where is HR? Can this organization be this corrupt?
After further consideration, scrap that question. If we have events at CD’s country club so she makes her food spend requirement for the year and we have evening ecosystem meeting events in Hershey at JR’s venue, damn we are corrupt.
