I think it was settled with one company. Maybe this will influence appeal.
We only settled with Apotex, this has absolutely nothing to do with the Hikma generic approval. And whoever asked if our jobs are safe... That was a joke right?? Jesus christ, pull your head out of your ass. No. Our jobs are not safe.
Hikama and Dr Reddy are chomping at the bit and Dr Reddy is willing to push an at-risk launch. Apotek was weak damage control. There is no way that one of these generics doesn't hit the ground in early 2021.

I do agree with this statement. Sales have held on too nicely for a salesforce who haven't worked in 3 months. Who needs a sales team when this much business is hanging on. Concerning.
