I am new to the company why does it matter if you work for Amgen or Onyx it is the same company we should be working together to be better than our competition like Genentech. To make Amgen and Onyx the best place to work for. Learn something from a Genentech they are not stupid to keep their employee happy by providing perks. By no means Genentech is perfect. But they do great job marketing themselves through their employees. I believe Amgen and Onyx can be better than the competition. Let get creative.

Dummy half of us both old and newer worked at DNA before the Swiss invasion! Don't come on here and tell us how great DNA is today. Ask anyone there it is sucks!!! It was incredible launching that many big drugs in such a short amount of tome but once Roche bought it was all over. The good Genentech people left soon after the buyout, and lastly Amgen will NEVER be able to have the culture that Genentech once did...too many big pharma NJ people now.
