What exactly are you suing for? There has been no announcement of layoffs and even if there will be, no one has any idea of the terms of said layoff. So are you filing based on a rumor? I'm no lawyer, but suing on non-factual information sounds like a waste of time.

We are pooling information. Corroborating evidence. Its called a Whistle-blower Lawsuit. They think we will be the pansies we THEY decide to LAY US OFF. Well, we have done our homework or should I say our Tape recorder work (yes, legal in those states) and are ready. Sometimes its worth pooling evidence. Vertex has deep pockets and so what if we have to split the "reward" with oh say 20-25 people. We will all make MILLIONS!

Yes, we have an individual that was prolific at taping and it was legal. We have dates and times (its called log books - 3 to be exact) We have access to a managers sworn testimony or I Think its called an affidavit. OK, I think that should shut you up for a while. More will be coming as we sign up more people. When is the date of signing?
 






Alright then, if you have facts of something ominous, then go for it. I just could not see the logic is suing for something that has not even been announced yet. If the layoff deal is sweet enough, why sue at all? Bottom line, we are and will continue to loose revenue, loss of revenue equals reduction in cost, reduction in cost equals layoffs. Better therapy is coming, we all saw this coming. Now, the non-compete crap we signed is a whole other issue.

I'm sure your attorneys will ask Vertex the following, " If Santiago was too be laid off in two weeks why hadn't he packed or called a friend to pick him up from the airport" If I were you guys I would definitly hire Lt Daniel Kafee to go after kendrick and jessup.
