This place is crumbling. Hatred between teams, horrible results, finger-pointing, bonuses slashed, inept HR, compliance issues, launch failure, useless HUB, incredible turnover ... on and on.
At some point we need a leader to step in and stop the madness.
Dilip needs to face the fact that it’s failing horribly and make a change. Abhay had his chance but he’s failed. Also caught insider trading and trolling here. So it’s really a giant joke now which is a big shame. 2-3 years ago it was all new and a great concept. Now it’s just a shambles and unless there is someone at the top people can believe in anyone with talent and options will go. Most have left already and word is out - I am actively looking and tell anyone who asks me to stay away. Us business probably should just be sold to someone who knows what they are doing
Except the board is corrupt as well. This whole company is shady and unethical. Upper management has to act as if it's "business as usual" until this happens.

AG can’t work in India again. It was part of the settlement.
