What happened to the other Syntex loser, JE, did he get layed off AGAIN? Life is unkind when you can't get along with other people and have a god like opinion of yourself, JE.
 






From the looks of the posts, I bet you wish that your little company had NOT made cafepharama....
I am not even familiar with this company, but you are probably wishing that you could have stayed a little less hidden...b/c now the word is out and it doesn't look good.
 






The word is out...I have a friend looking for a job in pharma and got a call from a recruiter in Chicago last week for an opening there. He said no thanks---not interested. If you are planning on leaving this company, post away but if you are planning on staying and are unhappy, I would quit posting. Regardless, people come to this board and read about other companies, their company, and just to see new players in the industry. Cafepharma is very well know in the industry and even if there are a lot of negative people on here, people looking for a job do read these boards and they can get a bad taste in their mouth for a company if there are pages and pages of negative posts (like Xanodyne.)
Your company is getting a VERY bad reputation out in the field, and regardless if you are staying here or not, that is the reality. If you are that unhappy, leave this company and get a better job. From the looks of this board, you wouldn't be the only one who is looking/leaving.
 






I have a friend that works for this company and says that it is a joke. They have no samples and that they are expected to grow 5% a quarter to reach their highest payout----which is $5000. He said that the avarage growth is like 3-4% which means that no one is getting paid a good bonus.
Just so everyone that works here has an idea, other pharma companies pay anywhere from 7-12 a quarter for mid range---that is if you are right above the companie's average. If you are in the bottem 33%, you get 3-5. I am not telling this so people can get on here and bash me, I am saying it so you can make a career decison based on where you and are what the facts are. I have been in the industry for a very long time and think that pharama sells is a great job, but you guys deserve to know that there are much better opportunities out there----you could be making a lot more than you are making here.

I used to work for this company. A few of us left earlier this year and joined Viacell. Great company, great product and 30% more pay (total package). Looks like I am the only one that made quota last quarter and there are going to be lay-offs. The grass isn't always greener.....at least not for everybody.

he was a little man in every way if i remember correctly...

i am sure he is enjoying his retirement on a golf course these days in Cleveland perhaps?
