Only company I’ve seen where so many people having to go out on med leave. Damn people dropping like flies with legit bad health issues. And before the douches start, no they aren’t taking vacay or job hunting.
I don’t wish bad health, hard times on anyone. If job is that bad get the hell out because it’s not getting better and health is more important.

Please listen to the simplicity of this message.

The working environment at Sun IS toxic. The disdain, lack of trust, leadership and integrity weighs on one’s hormones and immune system.
I don’t doubt people get sick as a result.
I was fortunate to get out before it got to me.

Couldn’t agree with you more.

A lot of us have worked at different pharma companies over course of careers and not one is perfect. But when I worked at Sun I’d never experienced such a brutal, toxic place. I was on Ilumya team and got out earlier this year.
It’s not one thing that makes it toxic but more like you lose count on all the toxic things employees are subjected to. I can’t speak for other business units only biologics.
What’s bad is people have gone on leave for serious potentially life threatening reasons and get treated like traitors for taking care of themselves or threatened with not having their jobs. It’s toxic and my hope is people get out.
