Every rep that's tried to explain to folks how Genpath/BRL functions is finally getting their vindication. We knew your days bill capping and writing off deductibles would fuck you, and it's happening.

The docs I've been preaching to for years are nervous. Nobody likes the feds poking around. Gonna be hilarious when they find those week long trips to New York for "lab tours"

That has been going on for years...week long lab tours for OMs or a director of an ACO group and others to entice them to make the switch. A week in NY/NJ, flight, food, entertainment, that isn't inducement or is it?

why would you say inducement? giving away expensive trips, dinners and entertainment disguised as a week long lab tour is by no means inducement? Wait a minute...

Great point. I take what I can get away with. Always have and always will. Quest and LCA convince their idiot sAles staff that they will end up in “orange suits” yet nobody has ever ended up in jail with exception of those handing over millions. They have and will always be jealous. They are either jealous or just plain brain dead.
