Right cause the smarter thing to do would be to stay over staffed, lose profitability and fold all together. You whiners don't understand that businesses about profitability not about being nice. If lowering the head count makes the company stronger, I say start with all of you whiners on CP

I was once ranked 3rd in the country and my DM asked me if 3rd was good enough and if I wanted to be number ONE. So hell Novartis, is 3rd good enough? NO. We want to be number ONE right? You can do it Novartis, I know you can.

Yeah like the US & Europe should tell these mofo's to get the fck out because the govts should be in business to save $ not subsidize these jackasses & their crappy over promoted me too drugs no better than genrics in 90+ % of the time . Let them make the big bucks in india & china where they are moving jobs
