What the heck is up with the Publicis these days ...hear laid off reps and managers .. not getting offered new contracts....even sweat hogs with gold stars!

Should someone tell them....bolt for Inventiv?

No contracts anymore....or do the touchy points just want a fresh new boatload candidates? o_O:rolleyes::oops::confused:......

1) "we are getting cars"
2) "the contract has been extended"
3) "your metrics have been increased this quarter in order to obtain the bonus"

The experience of many...
Was a great gig for the independently rich, second incomers or the retired looking for some
jingle. now its big pharma feel. more pressure and less personal ROI.
 






I couldn't get over the hostile manager calling me after 10:00 PM!
...freaking pissed because they thought you were mean to some girl in the district that want to fuck.

So in other words, they do not know what they are doing, they are lying to us to keep us here longer, working us harder - asking us to work overtime with no extra pay, and flying by the seat of their pants with last minute requests. Right?
 






























What happened to publicis? I thought you guys liked to rehire the good workers, tried and true and skip on the dead beats... I know people who are still not hired again. Guess that means the re-hire group. Getting hired without wares on the resume is not easy, but with resume its not easy either.
