Way Too Many GS Directors

GS needs to thin the herd of Sr. & Jr. Directors. Way too many, Not adding value. On calls all day wasting time and money and delivering zero. Total compensation per Director is $500,000 loaded. Very wasteful. Chop Chop.
 






I agree. Company needs to be more lean at the management level. There’s hundreds of Directors simply coasting and not doing much. They take on garbage projects that add zero value to company long-term.

The entire supply chain needs to be wiped clean. The fact that J&J is looking to contract manufacture everything is reason enough. But besides that, the deptartment culture is filled with managers that have told me that the company isn't looking to save money nor cut costs. No wonder projects balloon from $100k budget and a 2year timeline to $1M 15years later with no delivery.

Who in GS leadership would you chop off?
Honestly and Logically most of the GS Directors need to go. Not needed. Not doing anything. Not adding any value. Very Wasteful. Team meetings all day long then several International trips per year. Please be aggressive for once with deep cuts in Director numbers in All GS Regions, not just US.
