What position? That determines 99% of how you will feel about the job. Some products have a future in the marketplace and some have already found a resting place 12000 feet underwater after being set ablaze by poor marketing, lack of managed care support, and "brand teams" that are dumber than a bag of hammers. Another big factor is whether or not you have a cool manager who motivates and works with you in a good way or something along the lines of a micro managing devil incarnate psycho bitch. We have both here.
