The Operations team(s) in Indy are a power-house engine. They do an excellent job. The problem is that the Executive team is the one that STEERS the power-house machine, running the engine into the ground.
A bit frustrating. Liken to letting your pre-teenage son drive your 6-speed manual porsche on the weekends.
