Company is a complete mess. Turn over is at 50%, after 1 year. Insurance rates are riduculously high, cars are crap - but being upgraded to Rogues soon. VT and her hand picked DMs are inept and micromanage. VT does know pathology, but not sales. Incompetent, at best. Company is growing, infrastructure isn't. Customer service is ridiculous (as told to me by my customers). Pay is low, bonuses are pretty much non-existent for the bulk of the sales force. You may receive a company car after 90 days or 6 months ... depends on which way the wind blows. Yes, you will use your own car and yes, you will be reimbursed below IRS standards (VT, "write it off on your taxes"). And yes, there is a limit to what you are reimbursed for car travel - so watch your miles. I lost $2000 of my own money after the first 3 months due to travel. Cover 5 states? Tough.

The company is not worth your time or effort. They don't care.
Explain to me why there is such a high turnover rate. Because the employees don't like the way they are treated and leave. This statistic alone should make you reconsider this company.

If you have no family, are 22 and this opportunity is in your lap ... consider it while you look for a company that cares about employee satisfaction (as well as customer satisfaction).

Thank you! I need a job so I took this. Just got the script are they kidding? Office will not let you recite that at the front desk just to find out who to talk to then recite the rest to a doctor. This could be a crazy ride, but doing what I have to. Still looking for another job.

It's ok, my little mdl troll peon. My expectations and my friends were already very low coming here. We were just expecting enough to live on.
 






VT was trained by the worst human being on EARTH Marilyn EVANS who with Dr. M started all the BS the script the money paid everything what I understand their place in HELL is ready for them at some as they die hopefully soon.....
 






Marilyn Evans, Mary Sanitago , VT all of them could not sell ice water in hell when I worked there I out sold them with vomit on my suit they still owe be bonus money and Dr. M walking around with his mommy there is life after that company
 












What kind of sales rep was vt?

terrible. wall-flower. not even average. we all kinda thought she was strange. then she learned how to kiss ME ass and got promoted. this caused a huge uproar with some threatening to quit. she went from being a terrible sales rep to being a horrible manager ascending to now being Satan.
 






Nothing has changed at MDL. Valerie is a horrible "VP of Sales"!! All those promoted to District Manager positions are those who kiss Valerie's or Mary's ass! As stated the turnover is unbelievable. I was hired on with 20 others. There are two left of the 20! They screw you on commissions as well as expense reimbursements. If you have any other options, do not take a job at MDL!
