RD=Regional Director. At Shire this is the direct sales manager to reps. Zone Directors are the direct managers to the Regional Directors while I know other companies the RD is equavilent to our ZD. Which are you speaking of? Some initials would be nice.
 












just a tip, if you have a rep with a far away territory, and their metrics aren't awesome, they need to leave earlier to get there. if you have reps with a smaller territory, too many calls looks fishy. fyi, DE advice. they need to not make up calls-that looks worse. leave your house earlier.
