Deb Ekborg is a liability to your division. If you think that there will not be legal actions taken for the way that she is acting, her treatment of the people that work under her. She had so much legal problems against her at BMS and was on her way at Amgen. You are surely mistaken. It will be worse than anything you have seen. I agree with you...in all fairness, every employee who was treated like crap and/or harrassed or let go for no reason, should raise a class action lawsuit against the top dog Mr. CEO who signs off the OEC policy and all the Human Resource Employee Relations staff should go down with him too. He is fully aware of what senior management does and in-breeds their rotten behaviors. The more the F.U. they are, the higher they climb the ladder. They are all in bed together and violate corporate policies on a daily bases and laugh at and about their victims... like a bunch of demons chewing on victims ankles and then dancing around the fire and hoarding the $. Abbott sucks the life out of people, hoping they quit or die, so they don't have to pay benefits or pensions. P.S. why do you think they keep the Abbott House exclusive..to hold satan worshiping rituals on all the summer interns.

Wow...you nailed it with your post. I have never seen such unprofessional Management in my life. They hired ZT and in turn he hired his buddies (MS) to basically bully people and put the fear of God in them. They don't manage at all. They threaten people and think they are doing a great job. I only hope they get what is coming to them...Karma is a bitch

Just saw this post for the first time. Kinda creepy really. But, right on point if you zoom ahead to January 25th,2013. Everything this person said came to be true....and then some.
But now, just like at her other jobs, she has been shit-canned. We'll have to keep an eye on where she lands and try to give those poor slobs a heads up as well. Good riddance to one of the most mean spirited women I have ever had the misfortune to meet.

Dunky is a text book narcissist who surrounds himself with sycophants, who are weak, deviant, and morally corrupt like he is. Most important, they all are there to create and foster the culture that feeds his narcissism, and provides him the adoration, and weak bodies at sales meetings, that he knows comes from fear rather than admiration. Like all true narcissists, he needs the feeling of power, like a drug, the kind of power that is derived from humiliation and loathing and fear from those around him. He knows that the young things that succumb to him at sales meetings do so from either fear, and hate him as they give in while pretending to be aroused, or from deviancy of their own, and take perverse pleasure from their, and his, sickness. Either one is fine for him, and either will feed his sick hunger for power.

Nothing that has gone on, or goes on on still, at ADC is unintended. And there is not one single thing about it that, HR, or Madam President, is not aware of or accept.

Doesn't have to be a roll in the sack. Substitute the way you grovel and kiss his ass. It's the same thing. You do it because you fear him, and that gives him power over you.

Or perhaps you are one of his sycophants, or a wanna-be. In that case, you recognize him for what he is, and admire it. Get off on it yourself. Like a copy cat sadist. He would also recognize your disease. Your fawning admiration feeds his narcissism, and gives him power over you.

Either way.

The point is, ADC is his fiefdom, from his inner circle of disciples, supported by his henchman, down to their lieutenants and underlings, all designed and orchestrated to create an environment of fear. All are expendable to him, and in fact it gives him a thrill to see a few henchman fall when they have outlived their usefullness.

What incompetence? By what standard do you determine that? Yours? That's just your perception. Unless you are madam president, you conclusion of what you see as incompetence is irrelevant.

You need to wake up. Grow up. There are no blinders over the eyes of anyone above Dunky. The see all you see, time one thousand. And it's just what they want.

This is and has been for many years a losing business for Abbott. It never materialized for what they thought it would be. They have been trying to get ride of it for years and not lose their shirt. Problem is they put too much into it early on, and wanted\needed too high a price.

That was the incompetence. Who decided meters were a good thing? Who bought a second meter company when the first one was failing? Who invested in them, trying to make it work?

It wasn't Dunky. Know who?

That's the same person who wanted too much to sell this pig, so as not to make himself look too much a fool. Wanted to make the loss look as small as possible, then spin it as nothing ventured, nothing gained. But the offers were so low that, the loss too great.

So they're milking this for all its worth. There's no intent to fix anything, do things right, compete, etc. And there hasn't been for years. Promise is a cheap way to keep a pulse going. Everything going on is lights and mirrors. So no one can point a finger and say it was deliberately killed off.

Dunky's job is to play along, make noise, and pretend that this is a viable business. No one cares what else he does.
