Warning letter

Warning letters are currently being handed out after the recent layoff? They are already flagging the next layer to be sloughed off.

It would be my suggestion to work hard to get off of it. But be aware it will follow you like the plague. So when there is another layoff, those who got warning letters and even got off of them will be tagged as expendable.

I was let go, and you wouldn't believe the stuff they threw into the evaluation to get me down to 'did not meet expectations'. They went and got the kitchen sink. Know that nothing goes away, I don't care what your manager says. Your manager won't be in control.

You should interpret warning to mean-- (We're are) WARNING (you to start looking for another job)

Different division.

Yes The warning letter replaced the letter of concern and is the last swwtep before termination. If you don't meet the criteria within the set time limit then you will be terminated with a severence package. Do everything you can and stay in close contact with your manager to report progress. Make them want to keep you.
