What's the scoop? Is Dallas a good or bad market to work in? Which divisions are the best there? and will taking a job here ruin my reputation for my next pharma job?
 


















dont rely pn cafe pharma to help you make your career move. go to linked in and find people who work for the company and ask them in a professional manner for their advice. this forum is full of dramatic people who are unhappy with their job. texas as a whole always tops the ranking charts because of their excellent healthcare coverage, so you will do well in dallas. as for divisions, we all do pretty well, but your ultimate deciding factor on your fate is if you can sell tough products and continue to sell them week after week. too many reps become complacent, and then their numbers drop. this is still a sales job at the end of the day and tho the reports are delayed in pharma, your work ethic will eventually show through your numbers. good luck and you will be fine with warner chilcott. its a small company and the same could be said for any small company and its reputation. one thing warner does offer that big pharma doesnt is an excellent bonus structure. i havent made under 18k per trimester since i started working, so to spite our problems that we have, and of course the buyout brings uncertainty, at the end of the day i get paid pretty damn well so you wont hear me complaining! i would take the job if i were you and stop worrying about your reputation if you join warner. companies hire top reps regardless of where they came from.
