Couldn't agree more! The RD in the North is useless. Has no relationships with KOL's. We haven't heard from her since she tried to hype us all up with that ridiculous "retention" bonus we will never see. Not a single ounce of communication from her for months. My ABL is equally useless. He only focuses on metrics and the number of ride days he can accumulate so he can check a box.
