Wal-Mart wins but Novartis lost

Wow, the Novartis case should have been enough precedent for Wal-Mart to have lost its own gender discrimination case.

It gives me pause to consider how strong the case against Novartis must have been. That must have been close to a slam dunk for Novartis to lose but Wal-Mart to win?

No slam dunk..... slip-n-fall, lawsuit happy lawyers are willing to risk sueing over just about anything. Generally, the potential payday outways the risks. Because of the size and scope of Walmart, it is much more difficult to move forward and be successful with a class-action lawsuit. 70% of the world's lawyers live in the US..... Hmmmm, wonder why????

because companies like novartis break most of the laws here so we the citizens of the united states of america need protection from swiss nazi's who would otherwise kill patients, bribe dr's , sell off lable , withhold our overtime & discriminate against women
