One of the dumber quotes ever on this site. HR loves reductions so would have nothing to do with Joel leaving. And they announced new sales positions. That is not downsizing idiot.

But yes, removing those accounts will start a shit storm like nothing we have seen here. Really stupid move.
 






Thermo is performing focus groups as we speak to see if labs want CSCs and where Cost of Testing should be.

Many labs are looking for lowers pricing since the labcorp deal came out.

RIFS are due in Nov/ Dec

The c.s.c. position will be realigned. The cash profile pay outlay vs the the proflile production is too costly .. 700-1000 profiles a month ; hardly covers a csc cost ; when you incur the cost of a rep; car; medical insurance ; expense account; administration and other hidden costs. The cost percentages are astronimical... The CSC platform is gone. It is more profitable to lose business; and attend to larger accounts.. Most employees newly hired were military people because thermo gets a huge tax advantage by hiring military. When that expires; 50 percent of csc;s will be fired or pushed out.. If you do Happen survive you title will be med group rep or HSP...The money put out towards csc;s are gone..; as territories will increase in size ; with no reward.....Why chase the porgie ; when you can get the big tuna

Almost all csc position openings have been eliminated on the careers website. Last month there were 50 positions available and now there are 7. A few which go back to April.. This title is done. The restructing ; has already taken place .. Start looking for another job ; so you wont have to suffer the consequences.
