The company invested millions of dollars to pass a proposition to try to make it legal to discriminate against people based on their race or gender...so that we can openly hire people based on the color of their skin and not on the content of their character or level of their abilities. And it was even too radical a proposal for CALIFORNIA and failed miserably. This has gone far enough. Let’s stop with the political agendas already. We don’t even talk about business anymore. All the meetings are D&I trainings. When can we go back to focusing on helping patients?
