WA & OR = Reps quitting and zero leadership!

This must be the worst area in the country to be a Forest Rep. Poor management and zero leadership! It's high time that someone listens up and makes some changes or reps will keep dropping like flies. Now all kinds of changes and it's business as usual. If you are looking for a job in these states, run... Fast! Is anywhere else like this?!?!
 












The Pacific Northwest is brutal environment for reps to work. Access in nominal at best. Managed care and hospitals call the shots. There are about 4 large medical groups that dominate the region and they will not let reps in the buildings let alone leave a pen on the property. They most likely saw the writing on the wall and made career changes while they were still employed. My guess good reps in a really bad area. Similar to MA and MN.
 






Yep.....when we tell them the square peg won't fit in the round hole they demand we push harder!! Kook-aid drinkers! Just be glad your not a hospital rep in the NW, absolutely no mentoring, just threats by people who are nothing more than mouth pieces!!!!!
