From us in the field, the Vyvanse Marketing Team needs to get fired! The start of the year fiasco with telling us that our expired coupons would still be allowed but many of us had already thrown them away to this most recent fiasco with not budgeting correctly. Ummm...already spent $27 million of a $28 million dollar budget...Who does that? And then guess who has to clean up the mess with our physicians and roll out another new coupons program and spin it on why we have another program? Don't you guys get it? It is good to be consistent with our customers and continuing rolling out programs and yanking coupons all the time is a big problem! Why does Intuniv get so much $ for their sample, 30 day cards, $15 co-pay cards, etc? Sounds like we are not putting $ in the right spots since this is our product with a patent till 2023! My gosh, no wonder why we scored low on the Shire-At-Work Survey on Upper Managment not listenting to reps. This is getting ridiculous and us reps are getting tired of this!
Also, why did Shire roll this out when all Senior Managment is at Presidents Club this week? Ummm...because they don't want to take the flack from us reps in the field who have to deal with this shit! No responsbility from Upper Management in my opinion...Your thoughts?
