Its time to take decisive action. Time to act man!

An orderly disposal of any VRZ viable assets is the logical next step.

One source assures me that Actavis Allergan have offered VRX $2.5 billion for the entire Bausch and Lomb portfolio.

Not as high as the $8 billion paid by VRX.
But unfortunately vrx IS NOW BUST with little room left to haggle.

To new dynamic VRX board - Please consider accepting it or risk wreckless trading.
No point in risking jail time. Good Luck!

What about my VRX shares - they are almost worthless now how can I ever recover?
Financial ruin follows - I just cannot see how this organisation ever got backing from anyone.

What a financially inept bunch of gents. Real beginners by all accounts.

Its pretty rare to go bust in stable pharma.
That stuff doesn't go out of fashion - products last for years with assured margins.

What on earth were they thinking - destroying 10's or billions of investor value.

Can anything be done to make an example of them before they evade censure?

Can not imagine ActivisAllerganPfizer wanting ANYTHING Bausch has. Theit eyecare division is flopping. It's all about Aesthetics. And Bausch does not have much. Maybe Prolensa. The rest are duds.

Sorry to burst your bubble but Actavis/Allergan is muck deep in their own m&a activity. There is no offer

hey dude. read the post. they said that allergan is no longer an eye care company. they are flopping, was the word.
they haven't had a new and novel product since restates and that's the only one they've ever had. think about it.
