Watch out this meeting is taking place Tuesday thru Thursday and no Dm were made aware of this by their respective Managers. This is followed up by a Callibration mtg next week for DMs.

I wish someone with real information would share. It effects so many people. If there are layoffs, do they usually do them before the year ends or when a new year begins?

Nobody shares real info because nobody has any. They are MAKING UP news. We have a couple solid products coming out, things are fine in PC and will be in 2013.

Just relax and enjoy the holidays.

Certainly not sure what the meeting is all about by any means, but 100% positive that RM and above are meeting in Dallas about something. RMs were notifiied about meeting days before Thanksgiving.

Calibration info has not been submitted, yet, so that is probably not the topic of the meeting.
 




I REALLY hate to say this because I have been thru it many times before myself and would not BS but as we speak in Dallas they are discussing new territory mapping for both clusters of PC that are expected to be 50% smaller. People will be placed and announcements will be made in either Dec or early Jan. Just a heads up that if you have another opportunity try to keep it alive and stall so you can jump with a severance if need be.

are you saying that based on previous history or do you know for a fact that is what THIS week's meeting is about?
 




























I took it the same way. It says late dec/early jan. - when do they notify the reps? I can't imagine the holidays full of uncertainty AGAIN! Please please put us out of our misery quickly so we can go back to work!
 




If you consider they are changing the King severance to match Pfizer legacy then that date will tell us when these will be effective. If Pfizer wants to mitigate unfairness they will most likely announce or make effective the cuts after Jan 1. If they don't care ( very likely) it will be effective notice in Dec with the 60 day notification period
