she made the decision to save money and put the lives of the sales force at risk by keeping people in UNSAFE company cars until they reach 100,000 miles. some cars are in BAD shape with major mechanical isssues.

a few were replaced but a larger amount remain on the road. People are worried, she knows about it too. this has been brought to her attention MANY times. flat out doesn't care.

this puts our families at risk each and everyday. someone will get hurt and she will own once again another selfish decision. Does Mark Trudeau realize someone is going to be in harms way bcs our VP has no regard for the sales force?

The cars are a piece of junk. My new company's cars are WAY better. I have never heard of a company that has cars that are over 100,000 miles. She must be bad or the company doesn't have the resources to acquire new ones. It must be all those higher ups they keep hiring (are they still announcing them every other day?).

Ha ha .... Thank God eveyday that I am done with that place. I still talk to people at MNK who keep me informed of what is going on. The people are great, upper management are the assholes. I use to love the company and can't help but be transfixed by the train wreck that this company has become.

They are drama queens and ought to be talking about XXR and Pennsaid 2% and how cool it is to have two, new related products. Maybe bitching about managed care coverage or something… but no. They are trying to create a hatefest against a lady that seems pretty nice to me, so far.

Hey "newbie" (or corporate leader) I already quit!!!! Don't be so sure it is only the guys that are posting. The girls are/were also concerned about the direction of the company. We are not always all about girl power. Last time I checked, most of us that left were girls.

Didn't really know her and don't think she is necessarily responsible for the company's issues. I think the poor leadership was coming from the men above her. Btw, how is your manager care coverage?

In this modern world, 100k miles and the car is just getting broken in. If maintained, car can last 250k miles. To say their unsafe is dumb...sure they may stink and smell, but that is due to the BS coming out of all of the complainers.

I would rather have car allowance and be able to choose what i drive anyday of the week rather than have to drive a crap car assigned by the company. Car allowances arr based on where u live. Rural area lower than metro area cause insurance more in big cities. But at least u own the car and can decide on ur own what type of car u put self and family in. And when time to replace, u decide that. Plus car allowance pays for the car, then u can sell it or pass along to teen.

A company car is much more preferred and rarely if ever do you break even on your own car with wear and tear etc. a company car takes so much worry out of the equation like gas prices, repairs, insurance etc. A car is the absolute worst investment a person can make.
