VP of Strategy and Execution?

Can anyone tell me what that entails, and what strategy has evolved from that department? Our division has nothing even close to that.

Only VF is left in upper. Every single one of TR's hires and decisions have been blown apart except for VF. He has to go down as the most useless leader ever. He will go to a spine startup and hire that dude AA.
