If Novartis really wanted to listen to our customers they would:
- Allow them to give feedback on our ABL, our RD, our MSL, our FRM, our ADSAR, our ADSOC, our RAM and so on.
- They would also allow the customer to give feedback on our products and company as a whole.

It really shows how little corporate thinks of the field force. It’s another death of thousand cuts to this once great career.

Our customers are given the option to give feedback on our MSLs. Currently after every substantive interaction a survey is sent to the provider. In past every HCP that was visited by the MSl was sent survey comparing MSL to competitor MSL teams.
