Company does a good job of laying things out in the job description. That said specifics often come down to the client expectations and/or project. This is basically telesales, they give you list to call and you dial that fucking phone! Most likely a virtual application so they track things like, first dial of the day, average call time, last call of the day and how. many calls you made. I'm sure they will be expecting you to set up webinars and code them somehow so they can be tracked. Its about activity and if you are virtual they will expect the virtual activity if dialing the phone and asking to speak to nurses and doctors is not your thing pass.
