What happened to we wont hold you to metrics and that some territories wont be able to hold virtual lunches/details?? Now its metrics, metrics, metrics. We were lied to!

Rheum is all about metrics. They're unrealistic, so everyone is "grossly over-exaggerating" their activity on a monstrosity of a tracker (told to do so per management) in order to give the leader what he wants. Total bull.
