You all are adults why so much monitoring and micromanaging?! This must be demoralizing and undermining to employee satisfaction and an unstable home life due to uncertainty. I guess the $100,000 plus bonuses keeps everyone engaged to put up with all the crap. I feel sorry for ya all! Open your own business and make life happen - guaranteed more money - preserve your dignity and ditch the hell whole.

Lilly entered COMPLETE spy mode with cell control years ago but they always spied on us when we received our first iPad. Lily sucks big time!

In oncology currently. Great relationships with a subset of Docs, though access is tougher during pandemic. Have done over 25 legit VCC’s, not to mention many phone calls. 58yrs old and can leave with 3.3 mil plus medical. Still enjoy working but wondering if it’s time to leave “the new normal”, especially if we are going to be spied on.
Not sure we will return to what we had 6 months ago

No this isn’t true. This is a DBM trying to scare their team once again. But please call or fax my offices. My attorney will confirm whether or not every manager or HR has checked up on every rep in every district, company wide to confirm whether or not you are discriminating. Please call my offices.

Exactly. Our pathetic specialty DBM has threatened “marketing” phone check ups. Verified with an attorney- marketing check in versus managers calling all traceable and worthy of scrutiny. If you call one reps office you better be sure you are calling every single reps’ office in every business unit. Otherwise you’ve got a major problem.
