VINCE!!!!!!!!!!!!

<

Selfless, effective leaders are hard to come by in this industry. Vince is one of them. It’s definitely a big loss for the US Sales force. Hopefully his replacement carries on his work.

This is something that he wanted to do btw. Any ideas on a replacement?

Vince did this job several years ago. The only reasons you go back and re-do a job you’ve already done is 1) your boss banished you back to your old job or 2) your current job is so bad that you’ll go re-do an old one just to get out of it. Nobody willingly takes a step backwards in their career just for the fuck of it. No matter how NNI wants to wrap a pretty bow around this move, this is a massive step backwards for Vince. The head is Canada is like being an RBD in the states.

But he’s a senior this time!

Dave is back, you wonder if they’ll give it back to him? He’s from Canada, makes sense but it does not seem like a promotion. If he’s one of your strongest employees on the ET, why move him out of the US?

Dave is EVP reporting to Lars for M&A, he’s already higher on the ladder than the sales SVP
