Vince is a calculator. Came from the insurance world with savior like qualities to capture back the plans LabCorp lost over arrogance. Thus far he has not produced. His connections are cross wired and shorting out. If you can produce a fairy tale in excell your promotion is guaranteed. The king has his eye on Vince through Lenny who has yet to push the limits. Vince is on the way out if he repeats his stellar performance of 2012. This bodes badly for the hard working underlings. We should see Vince back in the claims department of Aetna. He is not a humble man.
 






2011 was not stellar either. How many good people have lost their jobs to the incompetents in Tampa. Rudy, Suzy, Jane, Parthia,Jorge blah blah blah...can't wait to see the downfall of the VB empire, how short lived it is...hope I survive it.

Vince will be a star soon or a dead planet depending on his 2013 performance. He may get a spot on Swamp People or Duck Dynasty. Lets hope he and Chase share a boat together.
 






Lets hope they bring back old Nelson so he can personally live through the wrath he created. This isn't about Vince the Prince, and anyone who thinks it is doesn't know the history.

P.S.- Hows the health department working for you in Florida King? There is a lot more to come......
 






yes i must admit i don't know the history from the fl division, i am from the south central division, which was a middle of the road divison, but vince the prince has totally effed everything up. florida was and is run by a bunch of losers, and boyles houseboy has screwed up that

Most of the team is leaving for better opportunities. BI, Astellas , Hologic are hiring with great bennies. Do a good job while here and work towards a new career. If your considering a lab position look for a specialty niche like genomic health or foundation medicine. Good luck.

FLORIDA, its worse than that, Vince Effed up the south central, got rid of a lot of good people and kept his Florida division boobs in place. Only one manager made the transition, and it was all because our managers were attached to DM the former SVP. Vince is an idiot and just an affirmative action hire, it makes Jay feel like he is atoning for past sins. DK is raping this company and has filled it with lawyer buddies. No hope, I just hope I can make a couple of more years to retire. There is a special place in hell for VB, JB, DK etc.
