I was glad to see people asking the hard questions… they didn’t answer them but I’m glad people asked. I think they thought we would all smile and say “Great!”. We still have no clear directions for HCPS/Pharm. who can’t get their dose. Do they start titration over? What about a 90 day copay card when pharmacies can’t fill the 30 day supply

The insanity that they hired someone to do the FORECASTING--and I continue to laugh. We have been on this rollercoaster 6 months with diabetes, and a year now with OCS--and they still suck.

Think about the fact that home office has more employees than the entire field sales force and yet has to hire a consultant for every single decision…

100% this is just sad. Sad. Sad. As a whole, the field needs to collectively give up to give NNI a chance to survive. Think about it … when,was anyone other than field reps held accountable?

Transparency? Open line of communication?? Who are they kidding?!? For months we’ve had to send pharmacy issues up the chain because Novo was so dismayed there were any issues at the pharmacy. Goals were raised 25+ % POA1A to 2A. My RD had the audacity to say it’s not good enough to just make goal!! OCS get a $50,000 bonus ( and good for them) and then get paid 100+ % the next POA. DCS reps continue to do poorly, make no bonus and yet the goals are raised another 25%. Who remembers being told on a conference call that our product was delayed because of the truckers going into Canada? Do they really think we’re that stupid? Hello Clayton, NC!
On our latest COE tracker, the OCS reps are close to 200% to goal…and again that’s wonderful for them. I’m not taking anything away from them. However, the DCS reps can just take a pause in August for an issue we’ve know about for 6 months.

There is no trust or transparency, It’s one lie after another. I can’t wait to see what my year end raise will be!!!!!!!!

We need a total change in leadership! Scrap them all and start over!!! How are we ever going to trust the executive team again! It’s lie after lie after lie. We need to restore our customers’ faith in our company and our products. Our products are the gold standard in their classes and we deserve better leadership.

If you are so concerned what the OCS reps are making, as specialty reps, selling Saxenda, then apply when they expand. That is a promotion, so stop whining about being paid less as a pc rep and go get a position.
