With their “hiring frenzy”, can any of the current or former reps let people know about this company?

I have heard rumors about not paying what they promised, inconsistencies in rep pay and a toxic environment.

Can someone confirm or deny this?
 












Nope. Just providing a forum for people to let other reps know about Vikor Scientific.
Scotty would just come on later and give an “aww shucks we’re a bunch a good guys” speech.
 




Wow... rumor is ... pay is being slashed for top performers.... people are being let go after 3 months... Managers aren’t answering calls.... the Crap show that is Vikor seems to be imploding.

Who would have guessed it could happen under the leadership of Scotty? You know, besides most people.
 




If SB, VS, or SH are never mentioned again in this lifetime, I would be ever so appreciative. I was raised not to speak I'll of others, so I will keep my thoughts on Napoleon, Enron, and Elizabeth Holmes to myself. On the other hand, CMS loves a wet dream!
 




Just search this forum for Vikor info. They were stiffing reps and then saying they will hire them back for a 3 month zero pay "audition period". Any rep stupid enough to fall for that deserves what they get.
 








I heard the same thing about contracts not being honored from a Vikor rep. This rep told me the owners of Vikor tried to screw a rep in NC out of money and the rep there wasn’t having it. The rep took His/her book of business to another lab. That accounted for 1000 samples per month. That’s nothing but Inept leadership to say the least.
 




Anyone thinking about joining Vikor.
Ask your mortgage broker how to buy a house with a “floating base salary” comp plan.
After you explain it to them and they get done laughing and realize you are serious, they will tell you to avoid it.
You might also want to mention that the company has a track record of not honoring contracted salaries and terms.
 




From what I’ve heard from a Vikor rep their contracts say nothing about a floating salary comp plan. Contracts explicitly say annual salary of X plus a TBD bonus plan. Now the reps are finding out the hard way that their contracts as well as their “annual salaries” are BS. Anyone who knows Scotty Branch could’ve seen this coming from a mile away. Hard to believe it’s legal to do that to your employees.
 




I would like to see Vikor try to enforce the “non compete” part of of their contract. Not only because Vikor has apparently broken the contracts, but I bet a lawyer would love to get discovery material and have a field day.
 




Scotty Branch et al need an anal exam from CMS. They are more corrupt than a $3 bill. If you are a rep and owed money, it is worth flooding Vikor with small claims petitions. If considering doing business in any way with Vikor, stop, turn around and run.
 




Scotty Branch and Shea Harrelson are at it again! First it was at NCF and now it’s Vikor. Screwing reps out of money (gotta pay for those multimillion dollar homes in Charleston)...again. Two deceitful individuals who have no shame in anything they do. Big mistake to think you can burn through people like they do and not understand that at some point it will catch up to you.

Scotty Branch and Shea Harrelson screwing people out of money?! That’s the least shocking thing I’ve ever heard. You don’t have to look hard to understand that is their track record. It’s what they’ve always done. They are two despicable human beings. I hope anyone who contemplates getting a job with Vikor has sense enough to look on Cafepharma to see what the real story is. Scotty Branch is snake oil salesman, nothing more nothing less.
 




Despicable people with unethical business/diagnostic practice. STD testing for ALL UTI patients in Nursing Homes!!! It’s all about self enrichment - patient care and paying employees be damned.
 




Shea Harrelson is a great person and very talented that being said she can’t be that smart by partnering with Scotty Branch. Anyone could see what kind of POS he is and that he uses people and throws them away.
