Is the reason for the ViiV / Syneos POD initiative because the Syneos - Rukobia team is going to be rolled into the ViiV team when the contract is up in August 2024?

I suspected that the Dovato reps will start promoting both products and became "embedded" Syneos reps. The current Rukobia TAMs will be laid off.

Dovato isn't making their number. They have smaller territories and PODs unlike the Syneos/Rukobia reps.

It would make sense to move the Dovato team onto the Syneos payroll plus they are already trained on Rukobia. Syneos wouldn't have to pay severance to the current Rukobia reps.

With the Rukobia contract extended until 6/2026, it could easily happen right after the NSM in Austin, TX. Why else do we have all of these reports that we have to do regarding our territories?

I heard that ViiV is going to take back the Rukobia sale's responsibilities and roll a "select few" of the successful Syneos' rep into ViiV. Any truth to this rumor? Supposedly, it will take effect before the FSM in March 2025.
