All I can say about VH is he is a mentor of KK. He’ll never say a bad thing about her. All he ever says when people would complain about KK is “she’s always been good to me” or “I’ve never had a problem with her”. That’s code for I need her to get my next promotion.
Oh...and his relationship with TP is completely fake. V, aren’t you the one who said “we don’t need TP here at Shire” then after he was hired said “great move getting TP”? Which is it?

wow! Can’t believe people gating in VH?! I’ve worked with him for years, B+L and now at Shire. He has always been a stand up guy to me. You have to realize you can only do what your career can handle, he can’t fight every fight for you. Of course you don’t like him you could quit

VH has always been good to me and a lot of others I know. Maybe he’s in your shit because you suck. My guess is he’s moving you out so you lash out on CP. Go to Aeire their hiring people like you!

VH has always been good to me as well. Still doesn't mean he's not a goofy MF... he thinks he is real cool and has all the answers when in actuality she has a very low IQ. So if you were in his shoes and you did NOT perform well, should he just keep you around because your buddies? We are salesman, we are suppose to perform, maybe not all the time, but the majority of the time. Doesn't matter if your are well liked or not, you don't perform your time is limited with any company.
